MECHANICAL COVER - UNLIMITED MILESONT

The modern car is an extremely reliable but also a complex piece of machinery, with thousands of sophisticated moving parts. This means that, should anything go wrong, the cost of repairs can sometimes come as a shock. Even simple problems can land you with a considerable bill.

COVERS ALMOST ALL MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL PARTS ON A VEHICLE INCLUDING:

• Air conditioning & heating systems
• Braking system, inc ABS
• Casings, Central locking
• Clutch, Cooling system
• Differential Electrics
• Engine, Fuel system
• Gearbox, Prop shaft
• Steering, Turbo
• Wheel bearing

No restriction to the number of claims that can be made. Up to the aggregate value of the vehicle at the time of purchase.

NCT TEST COVER:

If your vehicle fails its next NCT test (within 3 Months) Charles Hurst NCT Test Cover will pay up to €500 (including VAT) to cover the cost of repairing, replacing, or altering the following parts:

• NCT Test Cover only applicable when your next service is carried out by a Charles Hurst.
• All lighting equipment (but not wiring).
• Steering Manual & power steering units.
• Suspension Drag links, track rod ends, shock absorbers, springs, wishbones, swivel joints, mountings, sub-frames & wheel bearings.
• Braking system Master cylinder, wheel cylinders, calliper's, discs/drums, load compensator, ABS modulator / sensors / computers & brake pipes, hoses & cables.
• Seat belts Mountings, belts, retractors and buckle.

BREAKDOWN RECOVERY:

In the unlikely event that your car breaks down, or you are involved in an accident, it's good to know that help is at hand. As part of the cover, you will have access to:

CLAIMS MANAGEMENT

Take over a motor claim on your behalf.

MOTORISTS LEGAL PROTECTION

Pay up to €50,000 in legal fees to pursue your claim in respect of any personal injury or uninsured loss where you have been the innocent party.

GUARANTEED REPLACEMENT VEHICLE

Replacement car hire to a similar type of vehicle when your car is out of action due to an accident.

PROFESSIONAL BODYSHOP REPAIRS

We send all body shop repairs to our award-winning Buraq Auto World Accident Repair Centre.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

1. Home Start Assistance - If your vehicle breaks down in your driveway, we will spend one hour trying to get it started, after which we will tow you to the nearest garage.

2. Roadside Assistance - If your vehicle breaks down on the roadside, we will spend one hour trying to get it started, after which we will tow you to the nearest garage.

3. Punctures - If you get a puncture while driving we will assist with the changing of the wheel.

4. Lost Keys - If your keys are lost or locked in your car, we will recover your car to the nearest secure premises.

5. Fuel Shortage - If you run out of fuel or put the wrong fuel in your car, we will recover your vehicle to the nearest garage or petrol station.

6. Message Relay - In the event of a breakdown we will relay up to two urgent messages to friends/family, etc.

7. Additional Rescue - If your car cannot be repaired within a reasonable amount of time, we will provide either a courtesy car for up to 48 hours or overnight accommodation - the incident must have occurred more than 60 miles from home.
